Farhan Akhtar announces Siddhant Chaturvedi and Malavika Mohanan starrer ‘Yudhra’ – Times of India

Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani have announced their next venture, starring the fresh pair of Siddhant Chaturvedi and Malavika Mohanan. The first glimpse of Siddhant and Malavika starrer ‘Yudhra’ was unveiled today and it promised an action packed big screen ride. In the more-than-a-minute long teaser, Siddhant unleashes his mean avatar, while saving his supposed lady love Malavika. ‘Yudhra’ will be directed by Ravi Udyawar, who has previously called the shots for Sridevi starrer ‘Mom’.

“Death is no stranger to him. He is a man at war. #Yudhra,” Farhan Akhtar had described Yudhra, while director Ravi Udyawar wrote about his lead, “He is ruthless, he is invincible, he is Yudhra.” Apart from Siddhant and Malavika, this film will also feature Raghav Juyal in a pivotal role. ‘Yudhra’ is scheduled to hit the screens during Summer 2022.

With the success of ‘Gully Boy’, Siddhant Chaturvedi’s career has catapulted to new heights. The actor will be seen essaying the lead alongside Deepika Padukone and Ananya Panday in Shakun Batra’s next untitled venture. Siddhant will also be seen sharing the frame with Katrina Kaif and Ishaan Khatter in ‘Phone Bhoot’.
